All you need is faith, hope, and love to make it through this life. Katie and Alex have those in abundance.

On October 22nd, 2016, Katie and Alex were bound in holy matrimony in front of their family and friends at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. While the bride wore a gown from David’s Bridal, she carried a part of her family tightly with her down the aisle; Katie’s “something old, borrowed and blue” was her great grandmother’s broach and handkerchief wrapped around her bouquet created by Vintage Garden Florists. Once she made it down the aisle to her smiling groom, she knew she had found the one her soul loves. Surrounded by the prayers and support of their families, the two became man and wife before God.

In unity, the two lead the wedding party to Farm House Cafe for a reception filled with laughter, dancing, and sweetness from the couple and from the cake created by Rachel Rachel’s Southern Sweets.

After the reception, the couple embarked on their new adventure together through a sparkler exit. As they are the light in each other’s darkness, and when they have nothing else in this life, they will remember that “…these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love.” (1 Corinthians 13:13)
